- None known. A few phonological and lexical differences between San Francisco and San José areas. Different from Ozolotepec Zapotec [zao]. A member of macrolanguage Zapotec [zap].

- Vigorous. A few users of other languages have married into and speak it. Home, local administration, commerce, religion. Used by all. Positive attitudes. Some also use Spanish [spa], especially those in San José.
