Yunnan province: possibly east Fumin county, south and southwest Wenshan county, west Xichou county, Luchaichong village.
7 (Shifting). Language of recognized nationality: Yi.
Sino-Tibetan, Tibeto-Burman, Ngwi-Burmese, Ngwi, Southeastern
Luchaichong. Moji patterns with the Proto-Muji subgroup phylogenetically, but Luchaichong dialect (the most vital dialect) heavily influenced by contact with Khlula [ykl] and Zokhuo [yzk].
Many shifting to Phula [phh]. Some shifting to Chinese [zho].
Traditional religion.
