- Some who marry into the language area do not learn the language (Aikhenvald 2018). Used by all. All also use Tok Pisin [tpi] (Aikhenvald 2018). Many also use Kwoma [kmo] (Aikhenvald 2018). Some also use Manambu [mle], especially young people (Aikhenvald 2018). Used as L2 by Kwoma [kmo].
