- Konjo Pesisir (Ara, Bira), Tana Toa (Black Konjo, Kadjang, Kajang, Tana Towa), Bantaeng (Bonthain). Tana Toa is north end of dialect subgroup. Lexical similarity: 76% with Makassar [mak]; Tana Toa dialect: 10% with other coastal dialects.

- Youth increasingly use Indonesian [ind]. Some young people, all adults. A few also use Makasar [mak], who live in Makassar city. Also use Indonesian [ind].
