Dialects: Fuumu (Fumu, Ifuumu, Mfumu), Wuumu (Iwuumu, Wumbu, Wuumu-Mpuono). Speakers of Fuumu dialect shifting to Laari [ldi]. Teke-Eboo [ebo], Teke-Nzikou [nzu], and Teke-Wuumu [ifm] are reportedly similar enough to easily share the same literature.
